OCA Music Lunchtime Concert: Pyrene Pelayo

Our online lunchtime concert series continues with Pyrene Pelayo performing on violin. The concerts are open to all of OCA, staff and students, and are be an informal opportunity to share performances with a supportive audience. 

Lunchtime Concert 25th February: A programme for solo violin

I was born in 2006 in Alt Empordà, Catalonia. I began studying violin when I was four years old, and piano when I was seven years old (even though my first contacts with it go back to my three years of age). I performed my first solo concert in June 2023, and in 2024 I performed four more solo concerts and once on a collaborative project. I’m currently at the last stages of preparation for taking the ABRSM’s Grade 8 exams for both piano and violin. I began my studies at the OCA in July 2024.
