Hello - nice to meet you, I’m Karolina and I will be a visiting artist leading the lesson 🙂

In this workshop we will be introduced to handmade film with sound - what is the advantage to this method of work - do still images have any potential to become a film?

In this workshop Karolina will be showing works by various artists who created both delicate and very powerful film works using still images.

Karolina will also demonstrate how simply the combination of film and sound can become a time based piece.

The aim of this workshop is to demonstrate simple ways of editing and capturing still images, and combining them with sound. Karolina will present her method of  quick way of working with sound and image.
